The Site provides general information about Globals, a privately held technology and development company, and the fields in which it builds, owns, and operates businesses. It is published for informational purposes only. Descriptions of our activities, portfolio fields, and operating model are general in nature, may be simplified, and may change without notice.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, interest in any fund or company, real property, vehicle, product, or other asset. Globals does not raise outside capital through the Site and does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, real-estate, or other professional advice. You should not rely on the Site for any such decision and should consult your own advisers.

Statements about our plans, strategy, or expectations are forward-looking, reflect our views as of the date they were written, and may not be updated. Actual activities may differ.

You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Search engines and similar services may crawl and index the Site in accordance with our robots.txt. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, frame, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or to submit the contact form;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, bypass any rate limit or security measure, or interfere with its operation;
• impersonate Globals or any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us;
• use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

We may restrict or block access to the Site, without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

The Site and its contents — including text, layout, design, graphics, code, and the Globals name, logo, and “Build / Own / Operate” tagline — are owned by Globals or its subsidiaries and licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited permission in section 3, no right or license to any of them is granted. The Globals name and mark may not be used, including in meta tags, domain names, or advertising, without our prior written consent. Third-party names on the Site belong to their respective owners.

When you send a message through the contact form, you agree that:

• the information you provide is accurate and you are entitled to send it;
• your message will not contain malware, credentials, unlawful content, or unsolicited bulk or promotional material;
• Globals is under no obligation to respond, and no agreement, engagement, or business relationship is formed by a submission or by our reply;
• the form is not a confidential channel. Do not send trade secrets or material non-public information. If you nevertheless send us ideas, proposals, or materials, you grant us permission to review and use them without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution, or compensation, except as separately agreed in writing;
• submissions are rate-limited and screened for automated abuse, and messages that fail those checks may not be delivered.

The Site links to third-party sites, including our profile on X, and relies on third-party services for hosting, analytics, and email delivery. We do not control those sites and services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site or the servers that deliver it are free of harmful components, and you are responsible for your own safeguards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globals, its subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these limits apply to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Globals and its subsidiaries from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Globals is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Globals regarding the Site.
